Can I copy my Chromium cookie and javascript white-lists to Chrome?

Hi.

How can I copy my Chromium cookie and javascript white-lists to Chrome? Both config files are in ~/.config: ~.config/chromium and ~/.config/google-chrome so I presume they are the only dirs involved?
