    Install google voice on a netbook to receive SMS worldwide

    Hello

    I just found out that it might be possible to receive SMS on my netbook with google voice. I suppose I would get a phone number with a country code and receive an SMS on that number.

    Can you explain how to do it?

    I am already using google talk to telephone but I don't have a phone number.
