    elim-qiu; Hello,

Short answer, no, release 13.04 was NOT a Long Term Support release, and has reached End-Of-Life and no longer has support. The repository no longer exists as you knew it .

Current LTS releases are 12.04 and 14.04 .
Release 14.10, supported for 9 months, is also available.

    the truth, the whole truth
