Peruvian Team , re-open forum request

Hello, I would like to request re-open the Peruvian LoCo Team forum.
We already have an ask system at : http://ayuda.ubuntu.pe , but currently we are having spam related issues, so return to ubuntuforums.org seems appropiate for us.

Any additional information is required? I'm happy to answer and help

For the moment - we'll decline on the need for a specific sub-forum moderator in there, when it becomes active enough to need one, we'll be more than happy to revisit that.
