Where to ask questions about porting

Greetings all!

I have decided to try my hand at porting ubuntu touch to a device. However I am running into some problems. I am following the guide here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Portin...ting_Guide_2.0

But there seems to be some errors there and some of the files it tells you to download also have mistakes.

Where would be the best place to ask for help regarding this? (don't try to help me here as this clearly isn't the right place).
