Nvidia GT 520: Which driver should I actually use?

I have the following drivers shown on my "Additional drivers" list. I am confused as to which one is stable and usable that doesn't break my system. I use steam for games. I would like to test few of the games available there. I am new to this driver kinda stuff. Help highly appreciated. Image attached.

Try the top one in the list first as that is tested.

The Nouveau driver is the open source Nvidia driver, which is installed and used by default when Ubuntu detects the Nvidia card.. It's generally considered good enough for everyday use, but not sufficient for serious gaming. For that, you need one of Nvidia's proprietary drivers, which are distributed as (in)famous binary blobs of code without source. They handle games better, but if something goes wrong everyone waits for Nvidia to fix it.
