Thinkpad x121e Fn-Keys odd behaviour after standby

    Hello,

On my Thinkpad x121e, these special keys accessed via Fn+Esc/F1-F12 (Volume, WiFi, brightness, playback controls, etc) work just fine - until the system enters standby. After that, system behaves like the Fn-Key is pressed permanent. For example, if i press F5 without Fn, still WiFi gets toggled.

I have this problem on Ubuntu, Linux Mint & Xubuntu.
The UEFI options to swap Ctrl&Fn key have no effect on the issue.

(Hint me to any log files or other stuff that might be helpful, i really don't know for what to look.)

    Thanks!

(Although i switched for a different reason) this problem also occurs with Kubuntu 14.04.

Does anyone have an idea how to find out what is wrong and how to fix it?
