Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Touchpad Stopped Working Toshiba Satellite

Hi there, I installed a dual boot of Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 8 on my Toshiba Satellite C50-A-1DR and everything (including the mousepad seemed to be working fine. Then I attempted to watch a small video stream (4oD UK) in fullscreen mode and the touchpad stopped working... I was able to plug in a mouse and that was working fine. I have tried restarting and searching for similar problems but the touchpad is still not working.
I looked in Settings -> Mouse and Touchpad and it is showing touchpad on

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe pressing Fn + F5 will enable touchpad again. If this combination doesn't work, just look at keys F1 - F12 and find the picture where it shows the touchpad, and press Fn+ that button.
    I hope it'll help
