I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 with all updates and the latest version of Chrome. I don't have the notifications center icon in my menu bar (the little bell)
Have activated desktop nofitications in Chrome, don't see where the problem is.
Installed libappindicator1 as a possible solution but no go.
Google Chrome icon is showing, no problem.
Anyone ?
Edit : don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I have to grant access to my account after every reboot (so have to go into system settings - online accounts and grant access time and time again)...
