    J5create USB2VGA - JUA350

    Hello all,

I've been trying for a while to get the USB to VGA device JUA350 from J5Create to work under ubuntu, to no avail. I've followed multiple guides, concerning X.org configs, looking up USB device identifiers, ... and as per usual my install is pretty much done for at the moment due to all the mistries.

I'd like to give it a fresh try though, but I'd like some confirmation that these devices are in fact supported by some linux driver. Has anyone gotten a J5Create usb2vga device working under Ubuntu?

    My regards,
    Joa

    Joachim,

Were ever able to get this problem solved? If so, would you mind sharing the solution? Just wondering as I recently got the JUA310 adapter and so far couldn't find any info on how to get this working...

    Thanks,

I too am having this issue. I even tried installing the Windows drivers through wrapper and no go... I guess I will just get an active display port adapter and throw in the towel...

There's no support from the manufacturer therefore you're out of luck.
