My first attempt at a Mint-style wallpaper

I went ahead and took a stab at creating a Mint-style wallpaper last night, using Ubuntu as the represented distro, and the old logo and color scheme combined with the current-style typeface. Version number is inside the symbol, and the typeface used is Ubuntu Mono.

Waddya guys think so far? I obviously need to center the version number a little bit. Created and OpenGL rendered in Blender.

The 3d Text can be improved. I'll suggest you to use 2d text instead.
