Neverputt - Segmentation fault :(

One of my favorite passtimes, Neverputt, will no longer run after performing an update from 13.10 to 14.04. Is anyone else affected by this, or does anyone know a workaround? I love this game more than I'm willing to admit in real life.

Nevermind, I went ahead and installed ttf-dejavu-core and now it boots. It seems really strange to me that this game is so dependent on a specific font...ah, well. Crisis averted.
