    Theme script

I'm new to the forums and I've run out of ideas. I have Linux Mint 14.1 (The reason for coming to this forum is because it is Ubuntu based) installed on a desktop and it is going to be using Active Directory for sign in. The issue I'm running into is that my users aren't the brightest in the bunch so I made the theme look like Windows 7. I need this theme to carry over to all users that log in and to be activated automatically. Please correct me if I'm wrong but if I were to make a script and place it in the /etc/skel file would this solve my problem? Also the other issue is I'm not very strong on the coding yet and don't know the code for automatically applying a theme, menu icon, and window theme. Any help is appreciated.

Ok, I think I may have figured something out. The ~/.config/autostart file. Is there a way to add the theme in there so it will autostart?
