Unable to access files from partition

Hi all,

I am new to Ubuntu and have recently had Ubuntu 14.04 installed alongside Windows 10.

All was going well and I could access any files that were stored in Windows via an icon on the Ubunto desktop, However, I now get the error message that I've copied below (screenshot) and don't know how to correct it.

I need to be able to access my files from Windows when I am in Ubuntu.
