ath3k is your Bluetooth driver. Obviously its unloading the wireless driver ath9k. Lets check
    Code:
    sudo modprobe -rfv ath3k
    sudo modprobe -v ath9k nohwcrypt=1

    Re: Ubuntu 12.04 wifi problem

Obviously, there is no entry for an interface. Lets create one:
    Code:
    sudo mv /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.bak
    sudo udevadm trigger
    sudo service udev reload
    sudo service udev restart
    sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
    sudo service network-manager restart
    Check:
    Code:
    ifconfig -a
    iwconfig
    cat /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
