Correct Method To Mark Thread As Solved.

    Hi,

I am asking this question as I have noticed several different interpretations in the forums from time to time.

    1. When selecting Thread Tools, does the selection have to be made at the Top of the Thread? ie. in post # 1.

    2. Or can Thread Tools be selected from the top of any Page?

    Thank you -

You can mark a thread as solved from any page within the thread. The feature edits the thread title

Re: Correct Method To Mark Thread As Solved.

Thanks very much for your reply bapoumba,

That explains the solution in exactly the way I understood it should be. It is just that I feel the wording of the How to mark your thread as SOLVED wiki is a tad confusing when it refers to "Scroll to the top of your thread" which could be misinterpreted as being in post #1 in multi-paged posts.

I will mark this thread as solved.

    Thank you -
