Trying to convert OGG to MP3

Every program I've used fails to convert my Foster the People CD to MP3. Are the files encrypted or something? If so, how do I fix that? I've used Sound Converter and soundKonverter.

Thanks. But, it makes it an m4v. And I need it to be an AAC or MP3.

SoundConverter uses GStreamer, have you installed all of the required plugins?
You think that's air you're breathing now?

I downloaded the plugins for Sound Converter but it still fails and gives me no reason.
