    get chip id failed on startup - ?

    When I turned my machine on, a message in the top left read "get chip id failed -1[13] param: 4, val:0"

    The machine just sat there. I did an Alt + Print Screen REISUB and it restarted without problem

    I shut down and restarted again to test things, then after boot up everything was big (icons, etc...) like resolution had changed.

    I shut down and restart again and all looks normal.

    Just curious what this meant ?
