I hope I am not being incredibly thick here but what do I do at the Resolution Centre? I am sure there used to be a simple button indicating the problem have been solved.

You can post a new topic in the Resolution centre should you wish to get back to your original account.

Near the top of the page, there is a Thread Tools link, click on it and then "Mark this thread as solved".

Can't see how to cancel or marked as Resolved.

Seems when Ubuntu had the security problem a few months back that my login user name changed so my search was showing no results.

If you're looking for the [SOLVED] prefix, that information is here.
If you would like to re-access your old account, then you would need to start a thread in the Resolution Centre.

Ah, thought it was being suggested that I show the thread as 'Resolved'.

There was a 'resolved' button though wasn't there?

Not that I remember - [SOLVED] is as close as we have (or had).
... hence, the caution in post#5.

You can mark the thread as [SOLVED] in your first post in > Thread Tools > "Mark thread as solved."
