Software & Updates / Security updates combo disabled

Hi @ll!

I have installed Ubuntu Server 13.10 x64 and xubuntu-desktop package three days ago.

Now there is a strange problem with the software & updates program.

On the updates tab the combobox for "when there are security updates:" is completely disabled without a selected item in it.

This is what it looks like:
