Hello this is a continuation of an other thread but I openend a new one to be more specific (the old one: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2198047)
I couldn't get any fglrx working on any distro newer then 13.04. In the old thread I was on 14.04 but since it isn't released yet I wanted to be sure that my problem and my debuging info is not influenced by an unstable build.
My graphics card is a Mobility Radeon HD 5650
Here is a step by step description of what I did:
1. Installed 13.10 and only made an apt-get upgrade
2. Compared the version of fglrx and fglrx-updates (both the same)
3. I installed fglrx and ran "amdconfig --inital -f the output is here:

5. First I saw just a purple screen.
Then a TTY was popping up but just for a second.
Then there was just a black screen. CTRL + ALT+F2 and any other F Key weren't getting me to a TTY.
CTRL+ALT+Print+REISUB was working.
