    Remote system monitor?

I am currently running mate, and view my hardware information with a combination of mate-sensors-applet, libsensors, hddtemp, mate-sensors-applet-ati, and cpu frequency monitor. The problem is that full screen applications like games (when you need to monitor things most) cover it. I want to remotely monitor as much of this as possible from my android either with a native app or a webapp. I have tried directly viewing hddtemp via a browser, but it doesn't refresh, and I'm still missing the important data. phpsysinfo also does not refresh automatically, and the layout is not great on mobile. Does anyone know of something else I can try?

not sure what this has to do with gaming, you may want to move it to a more applicable section
