    Auto connect to hidden network

I have two problems (one that doesn't seem to affect anything): the first is that my wifi adapter is listed as "eth1" instead of "wlan0". Does that even matter? The second and more frustrating issue is that I have to remove and re-add my company's wireless network every time I want to connect. It is a hidden network, WPA2 enterprise, PEAP, and using domain credentials (no easy PSK for me). I'd be happy if I could just get to where I could re-enter the credentials before logging in, but connect to hidden networks isn't available before login!

The ability to connect is obviously there, so I don't think there is any driver issue, but I need it to automatically connect. Does anyone have any ideas?
