    Suspend not working an my Ubuntu 12.04

    Welcome when trying to turn the state suspend state the screen goes black, and after one second computer returns to the desktop.

    My motherboard is Asus P5N-MX
    Kernel in my ubuntu is: 3.8.0-33
    Nvidia driver is version 304
