I had to reinstall Ubuntu after a download had corrupted the drive; it was a DEB for a Linux Version of Paintbrush, with hindsight I should've used the Windows Paintbrush using Wine; now when I try and install Ubuntu 13.04 my WiFi connection isn't recognised by the system and the default connection is Ethernet.

Though when I add the installation DVD, the WiFi connection is recognised, but the installation isn't 100%.

Do I need a new Network Card for my Laptop? (I have Ubuntu Dual Booted with Mac OS)
