Good Programming music?

My requirements:

~ Absolutely no lyrics
~ Anything by Bach/Vivaldi/etc
~ South American pan pipes are also good
~ There's a wealth of Chinese relaxation music available... some of it is even Chinese.

The only two exceptions to the above are:
~ Anything by Enya
~ Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen on continuous repeat.

Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd are perennial faves. But I've started listening to various 90s artists, DJs really, who make wonderful sound-scapes. The heavier stuff, spun from dub reggae or steaming hardcore, are good when I'm working intensively, the beat keeps pushing me to go on; whereas ambient-type music can be helpful when I'm sitting back trying to build an imaginary structure.

I've never been very keen on classical music. I've tried it, but it doesn't grab me and push me like dub on a dance spin. I used to like Tubular Bells, but now it just sounds tired.

When I'm not working, I love punk and ska. The Clash album London Calling is one of the best albums ever. But it's too fast and the lyrics distract me too easily.

The Doors can be good, Ray Manzarak's beautifully multi-textured keyboards can take me to the right level of creativity.
