Smile replace suspend in power settings with shutdown

I know that this has been discussed in a few general themes but I've still not found the solution. Using 13.10 on a desktop, and the only choice in power settings is "suspend when idle for (setting) minutes". All I want to do is change "suspend" to "shutdown" ... i.e. I want it to shutdown completely after a operator set number of minutes being idle. Is there and easy way to make this change or add it as an option to the power settings?

    Thanks

    J

    Bump!

180 people have viewed this questions, so there seems to be a lot of interest. Anyone at all got any suggestions? I don't see why this choice is not offered as a default anyway.

    Thanks

    J
