Has anyone managed to get this to log into their facebook account?

Whe I click on the Friends icon, I get a blue box saying I need to sign into the online accounts under system settings. When I do this, and relaunch Friends, I still get the same message.

EDIT: It doesn't seem to work with Google+ either!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ubuntu Gnome 13.10, GS3.8.
