I was an old subscriber to the forum since 2006 with user name housam marzouk and more than 1000 posts. now I logged in with the e-mail to find that I am a new commer. please how can I fix it.

yes its my old account. I forgot about the yahoo e-mail. thank you. what should I do to restore it ?

You should be able to set the yahoo account as your primary SSO email account. If you opt to go that ay, we'll need to disassociate this (fourm) account with your SSO account. then, when you log back into the forums next time, you should link with the housam.

thanks , I changed my SSO primary e-mail to the yahoo but nothing changed.

I've disassociated the account now. Try to logout/in again.
