All you need is 10 posts in the support areas of the forum, you are already at 8, so only two more to go. I'd suggest you find a couple of questions you know the answer to. If a profile change was that important to you, you could have asked politely.

Passwords are no longer used here, when the Forum was cracked, all passwords were randomized, so even if passwords were still used, it would be impossible to do as no one, including the staff have any idea what their passwords are now.
