My keyboard shortcuts don't work when I change keyboard layouts.
For instance, Ctrl-Alt-T, which I have still set to open a terminal, works in regular US layout, but when I switch to my US Dvorak layout, the key sequence still demands that I hit the location of the T in Qwerty to properly execute.
I haven't tested whether it works when I entirely disable the standard US keyboard layout. It's imperative that I have both keyboard layouts present simultaneously. Disabling and re-enabling isn't really an option.
I'm looking for:
* A way to have keyboard shortcuts carry over when changing keyboard layouts.
This is using Ubuntu 13.04 x64, via both an IBM Model M and Logitech DiNovo Edge.
