First Cup of Ubuntu
I need some help figuring out how to configure an IRC server I just installed. Its IRCD-IRC2, and I need it for a website I'm designing for a gaming group I'm a part of. I have the server installed and I'm able to connect to it fine, but I can't figure out how to properly configure it and set up and delete channels on it. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

You dont really register channels with only an irc server. To register and control them you need another software to do that. Here is a list of a bunch... I havent used irc in 10 years though so I have no clue which ones are actively developed anymore.
