So I've asked a few questions on the forum now regarding VPNs and none of them have ever been answered and now they are buried. So are they just dumb questions that nobody wants to take the time to answer, or do people just not know the answers?

You've created multiple threads on the same subject, thereby diluting the help you may receive. I've merged all four of you threads into two separate threads. Seeing as we are all volunteers here, don't expect real time support, if nobody has answered your thread after 24 hours has elapsed, it is OK to bump the thread.

Like the man on the game show said, the questions are easy if you know the answers. I do not even know what a VPN is. Oh, Virtual Private Network. Yes? Oh, well.
