Stuck at ubuntu logo on 13.04

Hi,
an error occured Saying Ubuntu faces internal error then freezs .I Restared using power button
it gives end_request I/O error,dev sda, sector 80608 and after that stuck at ubuntu logo .
Now i am usign Live cd and ran boot repair and this is the result:

I also used smart tools to check hard drive error ,, it seeme OK( guess si )I ran short test

I cant see the screen. Can you confirm if you performed a fsck?

Thanks any how ,, i reinstalled.. which is more easy than waiting for someone to respond instantly....
