Problem with forums

It seems that I have received an infraction for spamming the forums.
The infraction is about:

I fell that this infraction was wrong. Who do I speak with about this infraction?

Normally you would post in the Resolution Center. I just took a look at the infraction and saw what happened. It was given by mistake, I'm sure. I reversed it. Sorry about the confusion.
