Hi, friends, this is my first post in this forum. I encounter a very annoying problem, but because of my ill English, I can't describe it clearly and can't find a solution via googling.

I'm not sure how it happens, and when it occurs, the only way that I can get rid of it is rebooting my machine, very annoying.
Does any one encounter this problem too? What can I do to fix this problem?
