I am searching for a code that allows me to view my files in icons and pictures when uploading files and pictures to a website. Currently I am using Ubuntu 12.04.03 LTS. I appreciate all responses.

I'm not sure I understand what's required: the word "code" can mean different things to different people. Are you uploading files to a website that already exists, or are you uploading files to a website hosting service?

I think the OP wants to see previews/thumbnails in the file dialogs you get in a browser to select a file for upload.
