    Angry Lets get back the loco!

    Hello everyone! This year we should get back #ubuntu-ke. The loco has been dormant for too long, we need a jumpstart! ( why is he writing in caps? Mostly to grab your attention as i have) this is an open thread and you can post suggestions on how to get the loco back up in the answers.
