Re: HOWTO: NTFS with read/write support using ntfs-3g (easy method)

There is a new version of the driver at http://data.linux-ntfs.org/ntfs-3g-20070822-BETA.tgz

I tried compiling it, but it complained that I don't have fuse, which I do. Something screwy, I suppose. If anyone else manages to compile and make a .deb, it would be awesome, since the changes are very useful:
    2006/08/22:

    - fix: case-insensitive directory rename to itself failed
    - fix: some regular files weren't accessible on Linux
    - fix: files created on Linux may became inaccessible on Windows

    2006/08/11:

    - fix: directory can be renamed if it has both WIN32 and DOS name
    - fix: collision with ntfsprogs header files

    2006/08/03:

    - fix: improved large file write performance
    - fix: better consistency if NTFS wasn't cleanly unmounted
    - fix: write(2) may created holes
    - fix: show mounted device names instead of /dev/fuse

Did you read the How To?
You should know that this new version is in my repo since the first day (since the first hour in fact )
