I crashed my pangolin, brought it back with a fresh install, and now I want to recover my home directory from the ubuntu1/deja-dup backup that they give you when you buy a system76 computer.
I went through the restore process, and I got error 401. In http this is a "not authorized" error, but I'm not sure about deja-dup. I expect it is the same. There is a fair amount written about deja-dup and this error on the web, but none of it was very useful. Mostly it said it was a server-side error, nothing I could fix.
As for work arounds, my backups are encrypted, so I am not sure how to download them manually and then decrypt them. I know the decryption password, but that's all.
Thanks for any help.
