Hello,

I have an older asus motherboard (evo-v) that has the option to let my onboard gpu be detected first and use it in conjunction with a pciE videocard, thereby enabling 3 screens. This worked perfectly in the live demo, and failed upon first log in. The 2 video cards i'm trying to get working are : Amd Radeon hd 6450 (that's pciE) and ati radeon hd 4200 (i just now noticed that they're different, i thought they were both amd..so i feel silly, but i'm still posting in hopes of finding a helpful answer).

As i said, this set up worked perfectly during the live demo. I have gone into the bios and made sure that the settings are correct..everything should work the same as in the live demo.

Any suggestions?

I have tried installing fglrx and fglrx-legacy (there were some guides that i followed claiming to solve the problem). neither worked. Should i just go out and get another amd radeon had 6450? I have another pciE slot in the mobo.

Any ideas would be greatly apprecaited.

cheers
