I have a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000. Under Windows it worked fine. However with Ubuntu (13.04) it takes up too much USB bandwidth, to the extent that it won't supply any video at all unless I have unplugged my USB sound card and external disk. I can reproduce this problem both in Skype and in Cheese. Am I right to think that it is trying to send a picture at too high a resolution? How can I get it so that it will allow me to use Skype without disconnecting everything in my USB hub?
