    Cannot access old account

    Hey guys.
I cannot access my old account (fontis). I have no idea which of the two email adresses I have linked to it won't coalesce.
Problem is, my Ubuntu one account is registered to the nick swyzer for some reason (think I used this a while ago) while my forums account was always fontis.
Is there any way I can get my old account back?

Perhaps I should add to the fact that both of my email addresses are linked to the same Ubuntu One account.
So, it is me fontis for sure

Your email accounts don't match, they both are gmail accounts, the the names looks like random strings of characters.

The primary one should be the one used for forum account. Once linked, you can change the SSO to a different account.

    How is this possible?
I'm quite certain the email registered to "fontis" is also the primary mail used on the Ubuntu One account - I know this because I received a "happy birthday" mail from Ubuntu Forums to that very adress. It's the one that starts with an S.

And it's already set to to that email as the preferred one, still won't change the name here ? :;s

    Re: Cannot access old account

The address at the forum is one that starts with S - is the fontis account.

If the address at login.ubuntu.com is not that one - then you won't be associated with fontis. The address for this swyzer account starts with f.

The login.ubuntu address needs to match the S address.

I've dealt with the bits here - once you have the S address set as preferred at login.ubuntu try logging out of there and back in BEFORE coming back here.
