Hi,
I have a raid 10 array in my desktop machine. I had to reboot it with the "reset" button because of what apparently was some sort of crash (screens were black an unresponsive), and so the machine didn't shut down properly. Now when I reboot it, I get a message asking me if I want to start the raid array in degraded mode.
I now get the following:
so it looks like drive 3 is dropped. However, there appears to be no problems with this drive based on the reported SMART self test data. Examining the raid array, I get:Code:cat /proc/mdstat Personalities : [raid10] [linear] [multipath] [raid0] [raid1] [raid6] [raid5] [raid4] md0 : active raid10 sdb1[1] sda1[0] 4395197952 blocks super 1.2 512K chunks 2 far-copies [3/2] [UU_]
What's going on?Code:sudo mdadm --examine /dev/md0 mdadm: No md superblock detected on /dev/md0.
