The only dumb question is the one not asked.
In service to the Dream
a morning jog and the weekly inconsistent tennis and football
Now that my back has decided to revolt, I am almost forced to take a walk (all I can do at this point) in the morning after some stretches just so I can sit in the car long enough to drive to work.
Pain sucks.

I walk, use a minicycle (it's just the business end of an excercise bike that sits on the floor) and go swimming.
Someone who works the same place as me rides a unicycle to and from work. I've seen bystanders applaud as he goes past; they must think he's a street performer or something, but he's just a dude going home from work!
I cycle to work. As a bonus its faster and cheaper than any other transport.
i run after my kid when i am at home. i also lift him up above my head and to the hip quite a few times a day. he has over 11 kg. not much other excercise. not time for it anymore really.
Read the easy to understand, lots of pics Ubuntu manual.

Cardio, weights and rugby. I helped found one of the three rugby clubs in this country.
Back when I was in football I used to squat 400 pounds and lift 200. I also did a lot of running (2 miles), pushups (50-150), situps (sets of 50 with 180 pound resistance), and curling 70-100 pound dumbbells. I don't workout as often now, mostly because I don't have a gym membership or equipment.
Running, biking, Tae Kwon Do (don't fight in too many tournaments lately. Gettin' too old to be kicked upside the head by rowdy twenty-somethings.)
