Firefox ONLY shows Google searches. Chromium Works normally.

This just happened today after using firefox in a dual boot for about a year. It seems like it was after today's updates.

But now I can ONLY view google searches. If I go anywhere else (including clicking a link from google) it's a no-go.

    Any ideas?

Ok I reset it and it worked. But not sure why it went away after today's update. I didn't add any add-ons / extensions to cause this (none added today). Also, I disabled the ones I had. still no go. Seems like it just broke and wouldn't be fixed and right after (or close to) today's Ubuntu update.

One easy way to reset your Firefox configuration is to move $HOME/.mozilla to something like $HOME/.mozilla.bad then start Firefox. It will create an entirely new configuration in the .mozilla directory.
