Question Weird RecordMyDesktop Glitch or Bug?

I love this video recording software. It's the best I've seen for Ubuntu. I seem to be confused though, I record videos perfectly, with great sound playback, and excellent video quality. The only thing I don't like is that when I view the video, not only on my computer and on YouTube, the video and sound aren't synced. As in like the video part goes faster than the sound does. It's not going to help my new YouTube video series get better. Anyone have a solution?

Example video made by me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rl_US5fRDOg
My computer specs: -Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty Tahr) -Intel Pentium D CPU 3.40GHz
-Frequency:3389.176 MHz -Graphics Card: Intel 82Q963/Q965 Integrated Graphics Controller
    -L2 Cache:2048 KB
    -RAM:3 GB

Made sure "Encode on the fly" is disabled.
