Exclamation Error while installing ImageMagick in Ubuntu 11.04

While running "sudo apt-get install imagemagick" in my Ubuntu 11.04
It tends to install the following packages:
    "libcdt4 libgraph4 libgvc5 liblqr-1-0 libmagickcore3 libmagickcore3-extra
    libmagickwand3 libnetpbm10 libpathplan4 netpbm"
After authentication none of the packages where installed and it throws
    "Err http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty-updates/main libmagickcore3 i386 7:6.6.2.6-1ubuntu4.2
404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.91.13 80]" for all packages.
Since my Ubuntu version is not supported by Ubuntu they removed all their package repositories and so i get this error.

My question is that whether can i find those packages any where on the web so that i can manually download it and put on my server?

Kindly help me with the answer..

    Thanks in advance

It's more common than one would think.
Look at this on how to change the repos to point to the old release repos.
    http://superuser.com/questions/33953...buntu-versions
Note, the packages in these repos get absolutely no support and any bugs or problems will not be dealt with.

    Thanks. Yeah that helps.
I did that but out eight packages that weren't previously installed, i got four of them installed now.
    And finally it shows:
    Err http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/main libcdt4 i386 2.26.3-5ubuntu1
    404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.156 80]

    Err http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/main libpathplan4 i386 2.26.3-5ubuntu1

    404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.156 80]

Can you figure out from where these packages can be fetched now?

Re: Error while installing ImageMagick in Ubuntu 11.04

You need to comment out every line that is not an old-release line.
    So this (as an example)
    Code:
    deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security main restricted
    deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security main restricted
    deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security universe
    deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security universe
    deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security multiverse
    deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security multiverse
    Should look like this
    Code:
    #deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security main restricted
    #deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security main restricted
    #deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security universe
    #deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security universe
    #deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security multiverse
    #deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty-security multiverse
Open your favorite text editor as root to edit the file
    Code:
    gksu gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
    (as an example)

The reason to comment these lines out is because they don't exist anywhere, anymore.
Only the repos in the old-releases.

After saving the newly edited file. run
    Code:
    sudo apt-get update
Then try to install the packages.

I commented out all those and tried "sudo apt-get update" but even then some fails:

Re: Error while installing ImageMagick in Ubuntu 11.04

You need to also comment out the extras.ubuntu.com lines.

As far as the sources errors, not much I can help with that except maybe try running
    Code:
    sudo apt-get clean
Which will clear the package listings you have, then run sudo apt-get update again.

Re: Error while installing ImageMagick in Ubuntu 11.04

Is there any possibility of some one(third-party) having all ubuntu 11.04 packages in their server/Hard drive?
if so from where can i get it....?
    please help.
