13.04 strange login

I've a VM ubuntu 13.04 with xfce, i've used many days without problems
Today i cannot login with my standard user/psw, the system accept my account but after few seconds show again the login
I can login only as guest

What can i do?

...try login in with the generated passphrase when you installed ubuntu, which i guess you have noted down. anyway you can find it thru a terminal window:

ecryptfs-unwrap-passphrase

i no have this passphrase because i've downloaded this VM
anyway, i've restarted and the system login automatically.. i don't understand why..

i think to have found the problem..
when i reboot a flag "Save session for future logins" is set ON and maybe my previous session was demaged..
