    Installing Pygame

Ok. I have finally successfully installed pygame on Xubuntu 13.04. It took me a few minutes to get it done and it seems to work well. I figured I would share how I did it. I am using Python 3.3, so I didn't figure that I needed Python 2.7, so I uninstalled that completely. (Beware that doing that will uninstall a few programs. I found out the hard way.) Anyways after I did that I just opened the terminal and typed:

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install python-pygame
That simple. I actually found that HERE. It's a closed thread from this forum. So, all credit goes to kostkon and LinXNut. Thanks and I hope this helps.

    Re: Installing Pygame

python2.x and python3.x should be able to coexist on the same install.
please stick to the facts and be kind.
what else can you do when you don't know each other.
